Defect Analysis, Elemental Maps

pic16

Nersic performs elemental and isotopic composition of samples of different material (e.g., soil, waste, minerals, chemical compounds). Elemental analysis can be qualitative (which elements exist) and quantitative (atom% or weight% of each element present) depends on the method and instruments involved.
Chemical and elemental mapping and line profile scanning are also available to characterize the chemical or elemental composition of a surface, near-surface, bulk or exposed interior of a sample or product.
Chemical, molecular and element mapping techniques provide maps (images) which show the relative locations of different elements, chemical states or chemical species of interest.
For defect analysis, Nersic utilize high spatial resolution electron imaging 2D & 3D analysis of innovative process defects.
